192.4.0.100 port 8080 is the address of proxy server (on a windows server 2003) configured in the tab 'proxy' of Preferences, and the username is 'administrator' with the correct psw.
I think the cause could be a setting of proxy, can you help-me step-by-step how to configure the proxy to allow update?

clamwin (in this case freshclam) doesn't support ntlm authentification, either enable normal basic auth in the proxy or add an acl that allows to download the update without auth
