Sigupdate v0.3beta for ClamWin

For these people that are interested in testing a beta... this batch file
will allow you to use/update Sanesecurity signatures in ClamWin (see readme.txt)

Sigupdate v0.3 beta [Bonfire night edition]

Everything is good on my end. Glad to see there are still people willing to help ClamAV. They defiantly need all the help they can get.
