check that your %TEMP% and %TMP% variables point to the existing and accessible folder. You can do that by opening command prompt (cmd.exe) and typing
set TEMP
set TMP

You can change (and view) the settings in the "Control Panel-System-Advanced-Environment Variables"

Can you explain why this sw can not make all necessary things like this for me? Or why there is not mentioned in some how-to file? I know, this is all for free but anyway I feel that things like this would help to wide spread this amazing software. I'm using this sw on my LINUX fedora server and it works really GREAT. Keep on working, you do great things.

Setting TEMP environment variables is a resposnsibilty of your operating system. Most users don't ever have a problem with it, it only becomes one if these variables are set incorrectly or removed. In that case clamwin is not the only software that wouldn't work properly

Temp was ok, so I tried to change temp and tmp to D:\Temp and there is my result:
