i found several viruses that haven't been recognised by clamwin/clamav, then i've double-checked them using other virus scanners via virusscan.jotti.org and www.virustotal.com and i 've sent the virus samples to clamav.net, but after about 2 weeks now, clamwin/clamav still can't recognised the viruses

actually i want to help updating the signature database, because i've made several signature of the viruses, but i don't know whom i should contact to do that...

maybe this forum is not the correct place to ask, but i am sure somebody in this forum can help me...(i can provide the virus samples and the signature if they are required)...

it can take some time before clamav db team reviews your submission. In the meanwhile you can copy the cvd file you created with sigtool to clamwin database folder and it will load.
