Clamwin and LanSuite?

This is a long shot, but has anyone managed to get Clamwin to check in- and out-going e-mails in LanSuite?

Clamwin is derived from the clamav unix daemon. If you can set up a frontend linux email server with lansuite as the backend, clamav might do this. Just my (probably very unqualified) opinion.
