Problems with clamscan/clamwin

I am running my own mailserver with Raidenmaild. Incoming mails are scanned with Clamscan and infected mails are
deleted. Also I am running a scheduled scan with Clamwin . Clamwin is set to put infected mails in quarantine.
Lately, however infected mails has passed the Clamscan but found in the scheduled scan with Clamwin. How come?
The infected mails is not moved to quarantine. What to do? Here are some lines from the scan report.

move/remove those files manually.

ClamWin will not quarantine mbox files (.eml uses the same format) to prevent whole inbox from being quarantined.
