"ClamWin will not appear as an add-in. However, if it is properly installed, an extra menu option ("About ClamWin") will have been added to Outlook's Help menu."
This worked for me until I installed GESWALL. The "About ClamWin" has disappeared in the Help menu after a while but I did the EICAR email test yeaterday and it worked. Clamwin seems to be OK, Should I worry too much about the "About ClamWin" disappeared in the help menu?

outlook 2003 can hide the menu if not used, did you try clicking on the arrow in the help menu to expand it?

Hi! Sorry for long time taken. I have Outlook 2002 sp2. It doesn't appear even after clicking on the arrow. I tried checking/unchecking email scan in configuration panel. It didn't work. I tried to uninstall System Safety Monitor (it was interfering with freshly loaded BitDefenderFree 10). I have GesWall that kind of isolates Outlook, Firefox and all internet applications from the system. This one was set OFF (with no results) but not yet tried to uninstall though. Nevertheless, the email"s attachment scanning seems to work since the EICAR attacment in email wasn't there. Just puzzled but seems SSM messed things up. Only solution would be to make a whole new fresh reinstall of Clamwin 91.2. But is it worth it?

I tested clamwin in Outlook again this morning with the eicar email test. The eicar file is deleted and I receive a report from Symantec. Is this correct? May be my ISP is giving me antivirus protection from Norton, and in this case I really don't need Clamwin...
