Installed V 0.90.2.1, Now can't update

Asked to update each time open ClamWin. ClamWin shows updating screen as though it's updating, but does not update. Help.

I don't know what version you are using or on what system, but if you recently installed ClamWin, you might try a complete reinstall--remove your old version (save your config file if you want to insert in the bin directory later) and then download the latest version and install it. If you continue to have problems, you might post the update log message or a screen print here for one of the developers to look at.

check your firwall too and allow freshclam.exe access to the net

Have done a complete reinstall of ClamWin V 0.90.2.1 and usually shut my firewall when downloading virus updates.

Are you using a proxy to connect? There is a tab under ClamWin configuration/preferences to handle this.

What is your update frequency (make sure it's not weekly)? Try some other frequency settings (make sure you have enabled automatic update) and see if they work. Make sure the download site is: database.clamav.net in your configuration and that you have a starting time.
