Here's the page for submitting false positives to Clam Antivirus, which supplies the antivirus engine and signatures for ClamWin. It's at https://www.clamav.net/sendvirus/ on the web. Read the info, go to the submission page, fill it out, and send the false positive file as a sample to them. They will adjust the sig within a day or so.

We cannot accept virus larger than 3145728 bytes. Sorry.
Please correct the above errors and retry. Thank you for helping the ClamAV project.
Not very handy, and shows why the problem hasn't yet been reported. Even zipped its 4.5 MB. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a mechanism for just reporting the problem.
