ClamWin users can submit samples to Clam Antivirus, which provides the engine and signature database for ClamWin. You can get the location for Clam's submission page from the ClamWin Anti-Malware page. There is no need to submit samples of files containing viruses already identified/named by ClamWin unless you believe it is a false positive.
