Virus update from local web server

Hi

I have managed to download the Main.cvd and Daily.cvd files and drop them on the web server of my internal web site. My client can access these files, however when I run the update, I get the following errors:

ClamAV update process started at Wed Nov 19 13:20:53 2008
main.cvd is up to date (version: 49, sigs: 437972, f-level: 35, builder: sven)
Downloading daily-8594.cdiff [100%]
ERROR: cdiff_apply: No digital signature in cdiff file
ERROR: getpatch: Can't apply patch
Downloading daily.cvd [100%]
ERROR: Verification: Broken or not a CVD file

Please can someone help
