error reading Outlook messages

Today appears this message every time I try to open a messaje in to the Outlook even with the old ones

" an error occured whilst scanning: pyc_scanDesc: Broken or not a CVD file "

I allready tried reinstaling the Clamwin to the 0.93.1 version

Still`s the same

Any Idea?
