The file in question is amaya-WinXP-10.0.1.exe as downloaded from the W3C's web site at https://www.w3.org/Amaya/User/BinDist.html. The MD5 hash of my copy of the file agrees with that posted on the W3C site. VirusTotal shows only ClamAV reporting a problem; all other scanners show the file as clean. The report is here: https://www.virustotal.com/analisis/00426d891424cd603260b6fb3bf7a7ed.

Go to Clam's virus submission page at https://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi on the Web. Fill out the form to tell them about the false positive, and upload a copy of your file. They will change their signatures to remove the false positive. You will also be helping to make ClamAV/ClamWin better.

Good--perhaps one day, when they have finished the resident/on-access version of ClamWin, Alch/Sherpya can automate the process of sending false positives to Clam from within ClamWin. That will be a while though!
Right now, on the VirusTotal website at https://www.virustotal.com/ on the web, you can download a script that will let you automate the process of sending files to VirusTotal for scanning to verify an infection.
