Hi,
We already have an arabic translation of the program (see https://forums.clamwin.com/viewtopic.php?t=1386 https://forums.clamwin.com/viewtopic.php?t=1386). Next I18N test release will include it. Please note that localized versions are still in testing phase and may contain bugs.
I'll send you an email when a new test build (based on 0.92) is available.
As for the website, we need someone to update it to the newest Joomla! version before we will add new languages, because the currently used version does not support UTF-8 well.
