After installing ClamWin, you can update ClamWin's signature database by configuring the Internet Update Preferences for automatic updates for hourly or daily updates and select the time the updates are to start. You can also perform manual updates at any time after installation by right clicking on the system tray icon and selecting Download Virus Database Update. If i understand correctly, are you offering to write database signatures ??

The signature database is maintained by the ClamAv project. I believe any help there will be appreciated. You can contact the clamav guys through one of there mailing lists (see https://www.clamav.net https://www.clamav.net or through the IRC channel #clamav on freenode.
