In my Outlook, whenever I click on an email that has an attachment, I get an error message that says "An Error occurred whilst scanning: Not supported data format" It also gives me this message when I try to send an email with an attachment and and it won't let me send. Any ideas what the problem might be? Any suggestions?

what happens if you do a normal scan, do you get the same error? try to clean the database folder (c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\.clamwin) and do a db update.
