I just updated from 0.90 to 0.90.1 and now whenever i try to update virus database I get the error
" The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142)"
V 0.90 worked well, now with V0.90.1 i can't update virus db
any idea?

If the update to ClamWin is the only thing recebtkt changed on your system, uninstall ClamWin (through Start, All Programs, ClamWin, Uninstall) and then reinstall it. If something else has changed (another program also installed, for instance), there may be a conflict. In this case, an uninstall/reinstall may also help. If not, you may have to decide which program you want to use--ClamWin or the other program.

I already tried to uninstall and reinstall ClamWin but nothing changes, at the moment i just reinstalled V 0.9 that works in a good way.

Thanks anyway, i will go on with ClamWin 0.9 until I'll find how to fix the error.
the operating system is Windows 2000 Professional SP4.
