Hello,

I don´t know if there is a thread about this, if yes, please accept my apologize.

I installed the new version and tried to update the virus database. I got the following message:

Update failed. Your network may be down or none of the mirrors listed in freshclam.conf is working. Check https://www.clamav.net/support/mirror-problem for possible reasons.

I uninstalled it, deleted the clamwin folder and installed it again, but I got the same message.

How can I solve this?

freshclam cannot make dns query, more likely you have to unblock freshclam.exe in your firewall application
