Hi, i have my pc with ClamWin behind a SquidNT proxy with only ntlm authentication. Proxy settings are:

Proxy server: IP_ADDRESS
Port: 3128
User name: DOMAIN\user
Password: MyPassword

I can't update the virus database. ClamWin support proxy with ntlm authentication?

you can however retrieve the virus definitions from
https://database.clamav.net/main.cvd
https://database.clamav.net/daily.cvd

using wget or some other tools, then copy those files to clamwin database dir (specified in the clamwin settings-file locations)

Then use windows scheduler to schedule the database updates.

Thank you very much. I have resolved the problem installing NTLM Authentication Proxy Server as documented in Html2Pop3 software. In server.cfg change the credential/parent proxy lines and the following:

NTLM_FLAGS: 06820000

in

NTLM_FLAGS: 07820000


Now work Html2Pop3 and ClamWin!
