ClamWin uses the scanning engine and virus signatures provided by the Clam AV Project (now owned by Cisco), which is responsible for preparing virus signatures. Please upload undetected virus files to Clam AV at https://www.clamav.net/contact on the web. You can select to either send a malware sample or a falsely-detected file (a false positive) at this link.
Clam AV is developed primarily for Linux email scanners, and it does not detect lots of virus files that are not sent via emaii. It is up to us users to report any undetected files to Clam AV. Always scan a file with Virus Total before you report it, and copy/paste the Virus Total link in your Clam AV submission report.
Thank you for using ClamWin!
Regards,
