Character broke on not-Latin-language error is caused by a encoding miss.
ClamWin website uses ISO-8859-1 that is for West Europe language. If you change it into UTF-8, you can print your own language.
If problem doesn't solve, it would be just font issue. Add fonts in CSS file.
I wish Webmaster fix it as soon as possible.
