ClamAv is on my virtual machine and i want Endpoint protection in my VM. And ClamAv is not providing endpoint protection that is why i MUST have to install another antivirus like Windows defender or Microsoft azure's Malware antivirus.

But i am confuse like both of this antivirus will clash or not? because my site is live and Clamav/clamwin is scanning documents.

Windows Defender and ClamWin provide very good user protection. Win Defender and ClamWin will not usually clash because ClamWin scans on-dmand or as scheduled, while Defender scans in real-time. Just to make sure, however, exclude every .exe file in the ClamWin\bin folder from Windows Defender scans as Windows processes. Also exclude the clamtmp file extension and the ClamWin\data folder so Defender will not trigger on a ClamWin temp folder or a ClamWin signature or a file quarantined by ClamWin. I do this, and it works very well.

Thanks for using ClamWin!
