Clam AV has not updated the virus signature database for several days now due to problems migrating the signature interface.

They were going to migrate to a new signature interface and also integrate the daily database signatures into the main database signatures to reduce the size of the daily database. See https://blog.clamav.net/ for the latest information about this.
