Windows 7. MS Office updates installed yesterday. Clamwin finds W32.Virut.Gen.D-163 in the Excell updates.
Is this correct ?

That Virut Generic signature is famous for giving false positives in Microsoft files. Clam can't drop it right now, however, because it does detect a bunch of real Viruts and they don't have time to redo it. Check it with another AV for sure, and then see if you can send it to Clam at https://www.clamav.net/sendvirus/ on the web so they can whitelist it. If it is too big, get back here and let us know.
