In an older version of Declude it installed ClamAV 0.87.1 for me automatically. But with later versions of Declude they now distribute a different virus scanner.
For extra protection, however, I left Declude set up to also scan viruses with ClamAV. But it is still using this old version.
Can someone tell me how I can go about upgrading my older ClamAV to the latest version? Normally I would just uninstall one and reinstall the latest. However I do not know what location Declude expects to find the scanner and so forth.
Another issue I am having is that ClamAV never updates its virus db automatically. When I choose Download Virus Updates from the menu it downloads the updates no problem. So I'm hoping the upgrade will also take care of this issue?
