Memory Scan stuck on APC.DLL

Memory scan seems to be stuck...
C:\Program Files\APC\APC PowerChute Personal Edition\res.dll: [ 93%]

Does not budge from here...

it also hangs on normal scans? where can I find that program on apc homesite? (the version?)
