It doesn't even detect Eicar test files.

Here's what it displays:

https://Virusscan.jotti.org/ has like 14 different scanners, although it won't let you scan anything until the server isn't busy.

The scanner is acting funny again, only this time "unofficially". While my own ClamWin client finds a certain file as "Worm.Stration.XF" and so does the ClamAV test in both in m1t0s1s' link and in https://www.virustotal.com https://www.virustotal.com, your online scanner claims it's a valid file.
