Upload the file to VIRUSTOTAL at https://www.virustotal.com/en/virustotalf.html to make sure it is not a false positive. If you have ClamWin set to quarantine viruses, the quarantined file will be on your computer at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\.clamwin\quarantine. At the top of the Virustotal Web page, you can enter/browse/select the file for uploading. Virustotal will check the file with multiple antivirus programs, and it is usually very quick at doing this--unless many other users are checking files also. When finished, Virustotal will give you a report of what it found. If several other antivirus programs also found a virus in your file, it is a real virus. If it is a real virus, you need to delete the file from quarantine on your computer. If it is a false positive, you can restore the file to where it was on your computer.
You can configure ClamWin to quarantine files from the Preferences menu. Under General Options, set Infected Files to Move To Quarantine Folder.
Make sure you use a real-time scanner with ClamWin until ClamWin version 1.0 is ready. Try AVG free, Avast free, or AntiVir Personal Edition Classic (free).
