Clam Win has found a couple of virus's on my computer, It is set up in preferences to move it to quarantine. Is there anything I should be doing additionally?

Your log says ClamWin has found two viruses and not moved them, so it is finding the two that you have quarrantined. I suggest that you delete the quarrantined files and run ClamWin again to make sure the original virus code is gone. If Clam finds the viruses again, you will need to remove them, since ClamWin doesn't do that. Go to one of the commercial antivirus sites on the Web and run thier online scan. Try Kaspersky, McAfee or Bit Defender.
