I just realized that some MDB signatures I submitted during April 2020 were in the wrong format. Therefore, if you have been using my signatures, please delete any MDB signature file you have in the ClamWin\Program Data folder and replace it with the following (just delete the old Sigfile.mdb and replace it with a Sigfile.mdb file containing the items below--as usual, save it as Type All Files, do not save it as a text/txt file):
5631488:3fbfc7d915f0d0fab9a187c1685ea92c:Win.Trojan.Adware.Ursu-050320
287232:8c6c1c96ff1e17d73c08fdee32d9b742:Win.Trojan.Spy-042820
730112:1fa21fcb9b705d580614a0908b6ea490:Win.Trojan.Hupigon-042420
97792:8f8dd761d3c1ee5c0292cd9912e6c5cb:Win.Trojan.MSIL-042220
187904:9e8176b3e0c9c2ad00787b67c681c1ea:Win.Trojan.Crypt-032920
27648:f337f3b27c02c6cb3d36ca12245723bd:Win.Trojan.Ransom-032320
Be sure to run a ClamWin scan on something after you install the file, and do not use it if the scan does not work.
Clam AV does not detect these malwares and probably never will. Keep the Sigfile.mdb file for a couple of weeks and then delete it--the malware will have been replaced with newer malware.
