There is no limit on then number of users for ClamWin or Clam Sentinel. They are not the same project. Clam Sentinel has been discontinued, and its heuristic detections are based on 2012-2014 viruses, so they are out-of-date. ClamWin is still an active project. It is based on a port of the Clam AV project for Linux, but not all of the Clam AV detections can be ported to Windows. ClamWin is also not a real-time antivirus--it only scans "on demand" when you tell it to or when you have scheduled a scan. I use ClamWin/Clam Sentinel as a "second opinion" scanner to another, real-time scanner, and you should also. There are several good free real-time scanners available for personal use, and I believe that Fortinet's Forticlient antivirus can be used commercially for free. It is a good scanner, but the latest version is not a flexible as the older ones. Also, remember that Microsoft's Windows Defender/Security Essentials can be used freely on up to 10 commercial computers/workstations.
Thanks for using ClamWin/Clam Sentinel! You can post any problems here on the ClamWin forums--there is usually someone around who can help.
