Proxy Server via silent install

Is there a way to setup the proxy server after I run the silent install so I don't have to visit each machine and do it manually. Maybe via command line or just alter a file within the directory structure.

Do some searching on the ClamWin forums and/or on the web for help with this. I'm sure someone has had this problem before.
