How about inserting a Qrestore icon on the desktop along with the ClamWin icon--to make it easier to access the Qrestore program? We presently have to go to the ClamWin\bin folder to select Qrestore--in Windows 10 anyway.
Also, there is no location description for the quarantine folder for Windows 10--when Qrestore is started, the program can not find the quarantine folder, and I have to manually go to ClamWin\bin as mentioned above.
