FALSE - you can report it using the on-line form at cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi.
FALSE(?) - just zip the file (with a password) and email it to clamwin-at-clamwin.com
Where is the latest submission form? I tried www.clamav.net's /fp page but it's broken.
My FP file has about 50MB in size, so it's not good to send this file via email attachment.

The FAQ on the homepage, as well as the rest of the website, is outdated and hasn't been updated in many years.
Instead, use my topic I created here: https://forums.clamwin.com/viewtopic.php?t=4239
ClamWin uses the engine and database from ClamAV, so anything related to malware is on ClamAV's side of things.
