my webserver running windows 2000 host one of my websites. i can browse the internet with IE6. However when i click the download link
https://downloads.sourceforge.net/clamwin/clamwin-0.99.1-setup.exe
it just cannot open the site so i cannot download.
what can i do?

Sourceforge might not have support for IE6 anymore. A lot of websites usually drop support for older browsers overtime.
Windows 2000 is also pretty oldand we can't offer much support for older platforms. You should consider upgrading to a newer OS.
