I want to post a longer topic (12KB) and get the error "Forbidden - You don't have permission to access /posting.php on this server." Is it too long or a forum bug? How long texts are allowed?

I found out what was blocking my text. The word "fa"+"shion" (when written in one piece) makes this forum throwup. Apparently your spam filter contains some raving nonsense rules those consider it advertisement for clothing.

Please fix this.

I'm not sure, but they are probably using a "canned" list that blocks some general words/terms that are frequent in spam.
