Where I can find database of viruses known to clamav?

You can subscribe to the ClamAV mailing list here: https://www.clamav.net/contact.html#ml This will give you email notifications on each database update.
I believe I saw some signatures for istartsurf in a few updates. Otherwise, you can look up the hash on virustotal and see if ClamAV detects it.

Each AV can have a different name for a virus. I believe Virus Bulletin used to have a list of names for similar viruses in an Excel format.
It has become important for an AV to use a "bad" website list in addition to virus signatures. If it can stop a user from going to a "bad" website that has a virus, that will prevent its users from visiting the website and becoming infected in the first place.
