hi im found a way to use onacess prbly onexecute scaning.
use winpooch to make onexecute scanning.
winpooch is opensource too.

OnAccess scanning is being worked on, and will hopefully be ready for the release of the next major version.

Well it looks good, but it only scans files before they are executed, not all files that are accessed. Also see the thread https://forums.clamwin.com/viewtopic.php?t=214&highlight=winpooch in this forum about this.
