Any ideas.

Kind regards

First of all : is the tray icon there ?

Second : is the schedule active ? (See preferences\scheduled scans, select the schedule and click edit)

Sorry for if these seem obvious questions, but we need to check them first.

Hello all,

I suspect I have reactivated the scheduled tasks--and suspect I know why they were deactivated. This is merely guesswork--please see the following in that light.

When I set the scheduled scans originally I recall they ran as scheduled.

But I went into the scheduler (preferences\scheduled scans\edit) to see how I could filter out files--I suspect this deactivated the scheduled scans. Surprised

Since realizing they were deactivated and placing this post, and being asked to confirm whether they were active, I deactivated/activated each scheduled scan and it seems this did the trick--last night the first scheduled scan kicked off as scheduled. I'lll monitor the others.

Could you confirm this theory on mine of why the scheduled tasks deactivated. Namely that when going in to edit a scheduled task it erroneously gets deactivated.

Kind regards
Emmanuel
