I ran a scan and amongst other things it reported;
jan.Inject-8175 FOUND
on a line by itself with no clue as to the location. I searched for the file but Windows could not find it on the drive. How can I get rid of it?
Thanks

Hmmm. Strange! It looks like part of the description was left off. Anyway, if you have ClamWin's infected file option set to quarantine, the file is now in the ClamWin quarantine folder. If it is not set to qurantine, look at the scan report and see where it says the file was detected. If you still can not find the file, set the infected file option to quarantine and do a re-scan, and the file should be quarantined during the scan. When you find the file, you might want to upload it to Virus Total and see if it is a false positive. I like to see at least 2 of these AVs detect a file on Virus Total: Avira AntiVir, Bitdefender, Nod32, Kaspersky, or Sophos. Upload any false positives to Clam AV so they can fix their signature.
