hi i install clamwin on window server 2003 ultimate version 32 bit
after i install , i can update and scan virus.
i got problem after i reboot machine.
1) the clamwin icon disappear from taskbar at right bottom.
so i try to start it again by manual . it is not work. i can open only quarantine browser.


i try to remove and reinstall like 10 times. i got same issue
pls help. i can provide remote by teamviewer also. if u like

It looks like something is preventing ClamWin from working after it is installed/activated. This may be due to a virus infection or to your configuration.

See if you can get into Windows Safe Mode (F8 repeatedly when booting up--choose Safe Mode With Networking). If ClamWin works okay in Safe Mode, the problem may be due to a virus. If it does not work in Safe Mode, it may be due to your configuration. If it works but no virus is found, I suggest you install Malwarebytes Free antimalware in Normal mode and do a Quick Scan with it. If it does not find anything in Normal Mode, get into Safe Mode and do a Quick Scan with it. You can get Malwarebytes Free at https://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ on the web.

If ClamWin does not work in Safe Mode, I suggest you check your system to make sure ClamWin is allowed. Did you install ClamWin as administrator? Does your firewall allow ClamWin to run? Does another antivirus or behavior blocker/HIPS prevent ClamWin from running? Etc.
