Have you just recently installed ClamWin on the server?
After you installed ClamWin, did you ever have any "good" scans that did finish? Is ClamWin up-to-date? You should be using version .97.6, and you should have files in the database signatures for main, daily, bytecode, and mirrors. The daily file should have a current date. Are you using any other AV programs? If so, do they scan okay for you? If clamWin and the database signatures are up to date, if it is possible, get into Windows safe mode (with networking), update ClamWin, and do a scan in safe mode. Regards, |

Hi GuitarBob
Yes, my ClamWin is up-to-date. I have other servers with same configuration, same programs installed and ClamWin works fine. So, I not tried scans with safe mode. I will try and I post the result for you. Regards, William |

It is possible that malware is preventing ClamWin scans. If so, it may not be able to execute in safe mode. If you can not scan in safe mode, get Malwarebyes' free antimalware program, Kaspersky's free TDSS killer, and Microsoft's free Safety Scanner (msert.exe). Try normal scans with each one and then safe mode scans.
