We're distributing ClamAV to our computers (~200) via OPSI (like wpkg) automatically.
Therefore the installer have to support silent or unattended installation.

We have a problem with the latest update.
There seems to be no silent-switches for unattended installation in the updater.

We tried everything like /silent /verysilent /s /unattended .....

Does anybody know if the updater has silent (unattended) switches?

Just enable automatic virus database updates under the Internet Updates configuration tab and disable popup notifications under the Reports configuration tab.

I'm sorry. I'm not meaning the virus database updates,
i mean the update clamwin-update-0.97.5-0.97.6.exe

There is an FAQ for a silent install via the menu on the main ClamWin page. See https://www.clamwin.com/content/view/100/27/ wihich might be of some help. Let us know if it does not help.

Hi,
the way to perform a silent installation, as discribed in the FAQ ( https://www.clamwin.com/content/view/100/27/),
using /sp- /silent /norestart does'nt work.

It's not possible to perform a silent installation with clamwin-update-0.97.5-0.97.6.exe

We also tried some other typical silent installation switches, like /quiet or /verysilent or /silent or /s or /q .....
Nothing works. Just the standard installation window appears...
We didnt found a way to perform a silent installation.

With clamwin-0.97.6-setup.exe /sp- /silent /norestart works, as it should be.
It seems to be, that in clamwin-update-0.97.5-0.97.6.exe the silent installation possibility had been forgotten.
