Clam AV furnishes the scanning engine and signature database used by ClamWin. You can submit undetected virus files and false positive files to Clam AV at https://www.clamav.net/lang/en/sendvirus/ on the web. I suggest you submit one file at a time. If a file is too large to upload, send email to luca at clamav dot net for instructions. Give them a few days to correct a false positive signature.
In the meantime, you can restore any falsely-quarantined files via ClamWin's QRecover utility program. Be sure to temporarily exclude a false positive file from future ClamWin scans via the Configuration tab, Filters, Exclude Matching Filenames.
