So now I have scanned my computer and found some problems. So how do I clean these viruses? Does this virus scanner program do that? Automatically or manually? Thanks.

ClamWin comes with a default infected file option to Report viruses it finds. You can also set it to Quarantine or Remove. Quarantine is the best option--you do not want to remove a file in case it turns out to be a false positive detection (not a real virus--just looks like one). You can change the infected file option via the ClamWin Tools (Preferences) menu. Either bring up the ClamWin GUI by clicking on the desktop icon or click on the ClamWin system tray icon. Look for the infected file option under the General tab.
You might want to verify infected files via upload to Jotti or Virus Total. I like to see at least 2 of these AVs verify something: AntiVir, Bitdefender, Kaspersky, Nod32, or Sophos. If a file turns out to be a false positive, upload it to Clam AV at https://www.clamav.net/lang/en/ (main page)--choose the Submit A File menu option. On the submission form, change the type to false positive. Clam will update the signature in a few days.
