How do I uninstall

When I click on uninstall I get an error message telling me the c:\program files\ clamwin\unins000.dat does not exist

You can normally uninstall ClamWin via All Programs, ClamWin, Uninstall or via Control Panel, Programs, and select ClamWin.

Once or twice in the past, I have had to reinstall a program before I could uninstall it--probably when something was missing.

I cant install it either because its on my computer as active. I have another antivirus program running ad I'm getting blue screen memory dumps

I don't know about the blues screen dumps, but you can quit ClamWin by right clicking on the system tray icon and choosing exit. What other AV program are you using?
