Error message -freshclam.exe - entry point not found

I keep getting a pop up error message saying, 'The procedure entry point cw_gai_strerror could not be located in the dynamic library libclamav.dll' can anyone help?

incremental update may screwed the installation, please uninstall, reboot then reinstall the full package
