Hi --
I just tried to update the db running the av program on win 9x .... and it failed ... any suggestions?

A database update can fail for anyone now and then. When this happens to me, I always try a couple of more times a half hour or so between tries. It usually updates for me by the second try. If this doesn't work for you, or if this is a constant problem, please post any error message you get here.
