Can you help keep getting emails from UPS which I believe are false, did open one how can I see if i have a virus scanned but computer seems to be slow.

Those "UPS" emails usually contain an attachment with a virus. If you did not open/run the attachment, you are probably not infected, although you should delete that file from your computer. If you did open/run the attachment, shame on you! Have you shipped anything to anyone via UPS lately? How would the real UPS know your email address? Finally, your email provider usually puts email like that in your Spam box. It is put there for a reason! If you did open the attached file, your computer is probably spewing out spam, or perhaps it is monitoring your computer for banking information, passwords and who know what else?

If you are infected, I suggest you do a full scan with your regular antivirus. You should be using ClamWin as a backup.
Then do a full scan in Safe Mode (Networking Option) with ClamWin (with the Infected Option to Report Only) and manually delete anything it finds--after you verify the file with VirusTotal. Then reboot and do an online scan with Eset's Nod32 scanner. Then download Malwarebytes' free version of its antimalware program, configure it like you want and then do a Quick Scan with it. If your computer still runs slow, you might consider downloading F-Secure's Rescue CD--download it and then burn it to CD as an ISO file. Download/read the small manual/help file also so you will know how to use it. It may seem slow, but let it do what it does--it does not hang up--just let it finish. You will get a report on screen. It will rename the infected files so you can delete them when you reboot. It uses the Linux OS, so Windows viruses cannot hide from it.
