i have tried 5 times to download the antivirus program and saved the binary file as instructed. It indicates after a short time that the download is complete, however, I see no indication of a new program either on my bottom toolbar or in my list of programs. Am I missing something? Where can I find it? Is it downloaded at all? Help!!

You might do a search for ClamWin on your computer. When you download something, you usually get a screen, and it tells you the location where the download will be put. Look at that screen before you "clickthrough" the next time. Of course, when you find the download, you will have to click on the ClamWin setup file to install it.
